Abigail Cooper-Hansen has 15 years experience as a Leadership Coach, working with a variety of industries from the Board down. This work has been both on an individual basis and as part of larger, team-base change projects, to ensure personal and business fulfilment of goals.
In addition to coaching, Abigail’s expertise includes executive assessment, team facilitation and the delivery of tailored executive education programmes specifically targeted at developing leadership potential and performance amongst Senior Managers and Executives. She has an excellent market reputation for her wise counsel and calm manner.
Abigail’s leadership assessment, executive education and coaching clients include Senior Executives with international roles at Shell, Barclays Global Investment, Dell, Intercontinental Hotels, Superdrug, HP, GSK and Alcatel, EADS and Hanson.
Abigail began her career in the United States in psychology and economics, working first at Harvard Medical School as a research project manager, before moving into consulting for the public and private health care industry. After receiving her MBA, she joined Gemini Consulting in the UK. Examples of her assignments there include developing corporate Balanced Scorecards and the design and implementation of corporate strategies and communication processes as part of transformation projects.
Abigail earned an MBA from Duke University. She also holds an MSc. degree from the London School of Economics, and a psychology degree from Smith College in the United States.
